Sheep template for applique. Club lesson

Making a cute little animal with your own hands is very simple, exciting and useful for developing fine motor skills and perseverance. We will provide you with several variations of the sheep applique technique to translate them into a beautiful three-dimensional picture.

For kids younger age Working with soft fibers may seem challenging because it is new and different from materials they have previously worked with. Therefore, it is better to do the composition with the help of adults.

Sequence of actions:

  1. Draw or print a picture of the animal. At the end of this material you will find several suitable schematic drawings that can be used to complete the task.
  2. Cut out the animal along the outer contour.

A plain thick sheet will serve as the base. It would be advisable to choose green and draw grass on it. But you can decorate everything according to the call of your imagination, cut out additional trees, a fence or a house.

Glue all the blanks onto the base sheet. Now let's give the lamb some fluffiness. Attach the pieces starting from the back of the animal. To make the task easier for very little ones, print out the drawing and help your little one glue the cotton balls in the right places.

Tell your child about lamb wool: where it is used, how it is processed, and be sure to emphasize that the animal does not suffer when extracting the material - it is simply sheared.

Cotton trimming

This option is relevant for older children - preschool preparatory group. A handmade craft will please your pride, because it is the creation of his hands. Such crafts are usually stored for a long time. When already grown the child will go to school, such things will remind you of childhood.

To complete the task you will need:

  • cardboard or other thick paper
  • medium size black eye beads
  • stationery scissors, knives
  • felt-tip pens

Sequence of actions:

Prepare a stencil - cut out the printed template and stick the base cardboard onto the contour cut out along it. You can draw it yourself and, having marked it in the right places, invite your child to sketch the hooves and muzzle.

Remember that the base layer is cut according to the desired contour. If you are creating a three-dimensional picture, consider the appropriate background design on the bottom cover. The child can handle a batch of pellets himself. The rolling action will also help develop fine motor skills.

Cover them first with the outline of the lamb, and then with the inside.

Focus on the fact that the ears, legs and muzzle remain without cotton wool.

Additional options for performing compositions using this technique:

From cotton swabs You can also create an interesting creation in the form of a cute lamb. To ensure that the toy retains its shape longer, we use thick cardboard in our work. It is better to use wooden chopsticks rather than plastic ones.

Templates and stencils

Print and cut out the blank to paint and paste over with your baby. Shape artistic development should be done from the first conscious years, so that in the future the desire for beauty becomes natural and brings pleasure.

Progress of the lesson

    Organizational moment

Guys, let's get ready for work - let go of emotions, breathe out and get started.

    Reporting the topic and purpose of the lesson

Once upon a time there lived a lamb. He was so white and curly that everyone called him Cloud.

The lamb loved to walk in the green meadow, listen to the birds singing and look at the sky. He also dreamed of flying with the clouds to see distant countries.

The owner of Cloud had two children - a boy, Sasha, and a girl, Masha. They loved the lamb very much. Together with the dog Sharik, they grazed him in the meadow and often treated him to sweet carrots or apples.

Be-e, be-e, how delicious. “Thank you, you are real friends,” the lamb always told them as he devoured the treat.

One day, at the end of autumn, the mistress came to the barn where a lamb, a cow and a pig lived.

Can I cut your hair? - she asked Cloud. - Winter is coming soon, and I need wool for warm socks and mittens for Sasha and Masha.

“Bee,” the lamb shook his head, “I don’t want to give away my fur.” I'm afraid of freezing.

“Besides, if I get my hair cut, I won’t look like a cloud,” he thought.

Don't be afraid. You will grow new fur. And without mittens and socks, children will not be able to leave the house in winter.

No, no,” Cloud became stubborn. - No, I’ll give you my fur.

The upset hostess left with nothing.

“You did the right thing,” the pig, who heard the conversation, praised the lamb. – Never give to others what you yourself may need.

And pleased with himself, he grunted.

“And I think you should have agreed to the haircut,” said the cow, “to help your friends.”

“Don’t listen to the cow,” the pig grunted. - Just think, friends. You can live just fine without them!

This is how Sasha and Masha were left in winter without mittens and warm socks. One day, on a sunny frosty day, they could not stand it and ran out into the street. The children did not notice how cold they were and caught a cold.

Over the winter, Cloud grew even more. He was very hot in the warm stable. Its thick, long fur had become matted, and the lamb no longer resembled a light, gentle cloud.

“I don’t even know what to call you now,” the pig laughed at him. - Now you look like a gray felt boot.

“Moo, don’t torture him,” the cow defended the lamb.

One day Sharik ran into the barn.

Because of your stubbornness, Sasha and Masha went for a walk in the cold without mittens and socks,” he told the lamb. - The children caught a cold and are now sick. They love you so much, and you spared wool for them.

Hearing these words, the lamb became upset.

“Cut my hair, please,” he asked the mistress as soon as she entered the barn.

Eh, Cloud, Cloud, why didn’t you immediately agree to help us? Okay, better late than never,” the woman sighed and went to get the scissors.

Seeing the shorn lamb, the piglet began to laugh:

Oh, I can't! Oh, how funny! How skinny you turn out to be. Just ribs. Now you look like some kind of bone.

Don’t be upset, soon you will grow new wool,” the cow consoled the lamb.

Soon Sharik said that from Cloud’s wool the hostess knitted not only mittens and socks, but also scarves for Sasha and Masha.

The lamb was so happy that the piglet’s teasing stopped making him sad at all.

Spring came, and the lamb was finally released outside. Ashamed of his appearance, he was the last to leave the stable.

Look, our Cloud is coming! – the lamb heard the children’s voices.

Sasha and Masha ran towards him as fast as they could.

Cloud looked into the puddle and saw that it was again covered with white fluffy fur. Suddenly, somewhere in the distance, a church bell was ringing.

Why do the bells ring? - asked the lamb.

Today is the holiday of holidays - Easter! – the children answered in unison. We have a gift for you! – And they tied a bell on a smart red ribbon around Cloud’s neck!

Thank you! I have always dreamed of such a bell. Now I will have a holiday too! – He shook his head, rejoicing at the cheerful ringing.

    Practical part

In our lesson we will make a fairy tale hero - a lamb from an unusual material - cotton wool. See what kind of lamb you get at the end of the lesson.(Demonstration of the finished craft)

Let's remember the rules for working with glue:

1. Handle the glue with care. Glue is poisonous!

2. Apply glue to the surface of the product only with a brush.

3. Do not let glue get on your fingers, face, especially eyes.

4. If glue gets into your eyes, rinse them immediately with plenty of water.

5. After finishing work, be sure to wash your hands and hands.

6. When working with glue, use a napkin.

Wash your hand before working with cotton wool.

1. Using paper glue, glue the lamb template onto a sheet of cardboard

2. Roll cotton wool balls of different sizes

3. Glue the cotton wool to the cardboard by dripping PVA glue into the desired place. Do not press too hard on the cotton wool - it will stop being fluffy.

4. Color the lamb with colored pencils or markers. Decorate with applications in the form of grass, sun, clouds.

    Summing up

What beautiful clouds we made. Remember what the Lamb from the fairy tale overcame in himself?

Greed.

Thus, he helped the guys not to freeze in winter. It’s a shame that he realized his mistake only after they got sick. But still he is great. Just like you all!

Today “Merry Sheep” came to visit you. Look how unusual her fur coat is. What shapes does the fur coat consist of? (Circles) Do the circles look like the curls of a sheep? What color is the mug? (Children call)

What else does the cheerful sheep have?

Would you like me to teach you how to make such a funny little sheep?

To begin with, we cut out the sheep’s head along the contour, and from rectangles we make legs, cut off two rounded corners.

Glue the legs at the bottom of the sheet, slightly extending into the circle.

We take white circles and paste them along the edge of our circle. This will be the body of a sheep.

Fill the middle of the circle with colored circles; if there are white circles left, you can also use them. The background of the green meadow should not be visible, so we tape everything over.

Now we glue the head to our sheep.

The Merry Sheep is ready!

But before we start work, let's take a little rest.

Physical education lesson “Happy Sheep”

Lesson summary

Mystery -

Physical education minute -

Today we worked on applique with the kids again and sent our work to the competition Vasyukova Taisiya(3 years 2 months). She glued them with great pleasure and had a lot of fun.

Application “Goat-Dereza”

Materials and tools:

- colored cardboard;
- white cardboard;
colored paper(black);
- scissors;
- PVA glue and glue stick;
- a small piece of yarn;
- a simple pencil;
- cotton wool.

Work order.

Cut out a goat from white cardboard (we just drew it and cut it out, or you can print it from the Internet).

Since my daughter is still small, she had to help with this work.

Glue the goat template to a sheet of green cardboard. My daughter used a glue stick. Excess glue was wiped off with a paper napkin.

Two small pieces of yarn were dipped in PVA glue and glued into place for the horns.

Glued 2 black circles of paper to create eyes. Using small pieces of white paper we added “sparkles”, the eyes turned out more lively and cheerful.

Using a simple pencil we drew a mouth and nose for our goat.

We smeared the goat's body with PVA glue. My daughter began to separate small strands of cotton wool and stick them on the goat.

This is how Koza-Dereza turned out.

Application "Sheep"

Tasya was helped in making this applique by her sister Dasha and her mother, of course.

Materials and tools:

- colored cardboard;
- black cardboard;
- black and white paper;
- scissors;
- PVA glue and glue stick;
- a small piece of yarn;
- a simple pencil;
- filler.

Work order.

We cut out a sheep from black cardboard (we just drew it and cut it out, or you can print it from the Internet).

Glue the sheep template to the green cardboard. My daughter used a glue stick. Excess glue was wiped off with a paper napkin.

We smeared the body and head of the sheep with PVA glue.

And my daughter started gluing balls of stuffing to our sheep; she found this job very funny :)

Two small pieces of yarn were dipped in PVA glue and on the table (with an oilcloth on the table) two lambs were made from the yarn - horns. They glued them to the head.

Then we glued 2 white circles of paper and 2 black circles to create eyes.

We cut out a tick-nose from white paper and glued it on.

Our “Sheep” is ready!
