To please a loved one with an unexpected surprise, all you need to do is give him your favorite candy. But presenting them in a standard cardboard box, much less a plastic bag, is not interesting. Lately, needlewomen have been delighting us with various ways of giving sweets. Unusual boxes using the decoupage technique, bouquets of sweets made using corrugated paper, cars, cakes - there are many options. One of them is the use of handmade packaging in the form of a large paper candy. Creating such original packaging will not take you much time, and the result will please you.

We will need:

  • thin cardboard;
  • colored paper;
  • glue;
  • scissors;
  • ribbon.
New Year decorations

Paper candies can also be used for other purposes. Bright crafts will look great on the New Year tree. Such toys are absolutely safe for small children, and New Year's candies can be made from either plain or corrugated paper. It will only take you five minutes to make a small paper candy using the origami technique.

Take a square sheet of paper and fold it in half vertically. Then visually divide it into three equal parts horizontally, bend the two extreme parts towards the center.

Turn the piece over and make two folds towards the center (one on each side). Turn the piece over again and bend the edges into irregular triangles, as shown in the diagram.

All you have to do is pull the ends of the candy, and the craft is ready!

Decorate the craft with ribbons, paper appliques or a colorful design. If you attach a narrow ribbon to the candy, you can safely hang it on the Christmas tree. And after the New Year holidays, such candies will be an excellent addition to your child’s arsenal of toys. Give it a try and this activity will captivate you!

Making them is not as difficult as it seems at first glance. To convince you of this, we have selected several detailed master classes on creating candy bouquets.

Elegant bouquet of poppies

Beauty can and should be created with your own hands. With the help of simple manipulations, ordinary sweets can easily be transformed into a luxurious bouquet of poppies.

To work you will need:

  • 7 truffle-shaped candies;
  • corrugated paper;
  • wide and narrow polypropylene tapes;
  • decorative mesh;
  • scissors and nippers;
  • floral wire;
  • wooden skewer;
  • tape;
  • decorative greenery;
  • lush bow.
Divide each piece of wire into 4 equal parts. Cut the thin ribbon into strips 25 cm long.

Cut out 7 rectangles from corrugated paper with sides approximately 18*12cm.

From each rectangle, cut out a trapezoid as in the photo.

Place the trapezoid on the rectangle and place the candy in the middle. Roll the paper into a tight roll.

Insert the wire into the roll from the side of the base of the candy without piercing it. Wrap the paper around the wire and secure with tape.

Tie a ribbon around the roll near the top of the candy.

Flatten the edges of the paper to form poppy petals.

Prepare 6 more flowers in the same way.

Attach the resulting poppies to a wooden skewer with tape. Add greenery in random order between the flowers.

Wrap the flower blank in net and tie a lush bow.

Simple tulip from Raffaello

A bouquet of tulips is a traditional gift for March 8th. However, their beauty quickly fades. To avoid disappointment, try making these elegant flowers from delicious candies.

To work you will need:

  • candies;
  • corrugated paper;
  • floral wire;
  • scissors;
  • double-sided tape;
  • threads;
  • tape.
Bend the end of the wire into a loop so as not to accidentally damage the candy.

Wrap it with tape and attach the candy.

Cut the paper into strips approximately 3 cm wide.

Cut each strip into 3 parts. Cut a thinner hole in the middle of each strip; this will make the petals more realistic.

Twist the strip in the middle. And then fold it in half, stretching it a little in the middle. Make 2 more petals this way.

Wrap the finished petals around the candy, placing them on top of each other. Secure them with thread and trim the ends. Wrap the base of the bud with tape for a more secure fixation.

For leaves you will need 2 rectangles 10*3cm. Cut out leaves of the desired shape from them; you can use a cardboard template.

Start wrapping the wire with tape.

Attach the leaves opposite each other and secure them with tape.

It turns out to be a beautiful tulip.

Using the same principle, make the remaining flowers in the quantity you need.

Sweet tulips can be collected into an elegant bouquet and decorated with ribbons, paper, bows - the perfect sweet gift is ready.

To work you will need:

  • chocolates without wrapper;
  • colored tissue paper;
  • scissors;
  • wooden skewers;
  • tape;
  • scotch;
  • glue gun;
  • cardboard cylinder, for example, from foil or cling film;
  • transparent packaging film.
Cut the packaging film (it must be suitable for contact with food) into 15*15 cm squares. Pierce the chocolate candy with a skewer, wrap it in film and secure with tape.

Cut a large rectangle of tissue paper that spans its entire width. Roll it in several layers onto a cardboard cylinder. On both sides slide the paper to the center, forming folds.

Carefully remove the cylinder. Roll the resulting accordion into a donut and trim off the excess paper.

Insert a candy stick into the ring. Tape the paper to the skewer.

Cut out an oblong piece of green paper. Glue it to the skewer using a glue gun.

Wrap the flower stem with tape.

As you can see, collecting such original flowers at home is not at all difficult. You can use them to create a chic bouquet that will definitely win the heart of any sweet tooth.

Rosebud

The rose is deservedly called the queen of flowers. Her elegance and grace deserve to be embodied in a sweet masterpiece. From corrugated paper and round sweets you can assemble an elegant rosebud.

Such sophisticated flowers, collected in a beautiful candy bouquet, will be an excellent gift for an anniversary, wedding or for any occasion. The stages of making such a flower are presented in step-by-step photographs.

If you want to learn more about the technique of making roses and making a bouquet, watch a detailed video tutorial.

Candy bouquet with organza decoration

If you want to emphasize that you are giving a candy bouquet, and not a floral arrangement made of corrugated paper, opt for the option with open candies. You can choose any sweets for it: toffees, lollipops, small chocolates. The main thing is that they are in beautiful wrappers, as this is part of the composition.

To work you will need:

  • Ferrero Rocher chocolates;
  • metallized and ordinary corrugated paper;
  • organza;
  • floral wire;
  • double-sided tape;
  • thin golden ribbon.
From metallized paper, cut out small rectangles according to the number of candies. Wrap them around the candies, covering them halfway, and twist the excess paper at the bottom.

Make a loop at the tip of the wire, string the candy without piercing it, and secure with tape. Wrap the entire length of the wire with tape and then with paper tape.

Cut the organza into squares approximately 20*20 cm (depending on the size of the candies) and fold each in half. Wrap the resulting rectangles with the fold down and tie in the middle with a golden ribbon.

Now all that remains is to assemble the bouquet. Secure the stems with tape so that the composition holds its shape.

Wrap your masterpiece in corrugated paper, preferably chosen to match the organza.

You can show your imagination and add ribbons, a bow or beads to the bouquet. To do this, cut about 2 meters of organza, fold it 1/3 at the top and wrap the bouquet (as you would wrap a candy in small pieces of organza), tie it tightly. Organza is obtained in 2 turns. You can add beads by placing them on hot glue, making “clips”.

Pineapple from a bottle and Ferrero Rocher chocolates

A bottle of champagne and a box of chocolates are the perfect gift for any occasion. Do you think this is banal and boring? Do you want to surprise your friends or win someone's heart? Spend a little time, show your imagination - and the usual gift set will turn into a cute pineapple. Even an absolute beginner in decorating can handle such a culinary souvenir.

To work you will need:

  • drink bottle;
  • Ferrero Rocher or other round candies in a golden wrapper;
  • yellow sisal (palm fiber);
  • green aspidistra ribbon;
  • glue gun;
  • leg-split.

Glue a layer of sisal to the bottom of the bottle.

Glue the first row of candies to it tightly to each other.

Glue the second row of sisal and candy, positioning them offset from the first row.

Continue gluing the bottle according to this pattern up to the neck. The last one should be sisal.

Cut pineapple leaves from aspirin tape.

To do this, take 3 strips of length 10 cm and 15 cm.

Fold each strip in half twice.

Cut off the corners at the top to imitate a leaf.

These are the gear blanks you get.

Tear them into separate leaves.

Glue 3 rows of small leaves to the top of the bottle, then 3 rows of large ones.

Wrap the bottom of the leaves with a rope, going down to the sisal layer, and secure with glue.

If you are unable to find aspirid, make leaves made of crepe paper or felt.

Such a sweet handmade pineapple is not a shame to present for any holiday.

  • orange and green corrugated paper;
  • green organza;
  • toothpicks;
  • glue gun;
  • double-sided tape;
  • stationery and manicure scissors;
  • foam;
  • knife-cutter
From thick foam, cut out a circle the size of the desired sunflower. Cover the workpiece with green paper.

Cut a strip of orange paper long enough to cover three turns of the base. Stripe width is the desired length of the petals.

Glue the strip to the base.

On each turn of paper one by one (on each layer), make transverse cuts.

Using nail scissors, cut out the sunflower petals.

Use double-sided tape to secure the tails of the candies so that they do not stick out. Glue the prepared candies to the base.

Cut organza into small squares. Fold each of them in half and glue to half of the toothpick.

Insert the resulting pounds between the petals and the center of the sunflower.

It's the green paper's turn. Cut a strip of it one turn around the base.

Cut it crosswise into pieces about 1.5 cm wide.

Cut out the petals and shape them into a convex shape with your fingers. Glue the resulting part to the base.

Bend each yellow petal slightly with your fingers and twist it for greater realism.

A wonderful sunflower is ready. As you can see, you can make it even without practice and special skills.

Another idea for a similar bouquet on a stem:

  • green gouache or acrylic paint;
  • double-sided tape;
  • glue gun;
  • opaque vase.
Paint the skewers green and let them dry. On the cardboard, draw the outline of a flower with 6 petals. You can use a cookie cutter as a template.

Cut out the blanks. Glue each flower to a painted stick.

Glue the candies onto cardboard blanks, making the middle contrasting.

Cut petals from green cardstock and glue to skewers. All that remains is to put the flowers in the vase. For greater stability, you can first place a piece of foam or floral foam in it, and then stick the flower stems into it.

2. Add a fourth line, which is 0.5 cm from the edge of the paper.

3. Now you need to draw lines perpendicular to those you have already drawn. To do this, measure 5 cm on the left and right sides and draw vertical lines.

4. Step back another 4 cm from the vertical lines and again draw 2 parallel vertical lines.

5. Where the lines intersect, draw diamonds and, using scissors or a utility knife, cut them out.

6. To make it easier for you to glue the workpiece, on one side of the future candy you should cut out the edges of the outer rhombus and you need to do this in the shape of cloves.

On the opposite side, the edges of the diamond need to be cut off (see image).

7. Based on the horizontal lines you drew, make the folds. Make sure that the candy does not lose its shape.

8. Now glue the workpiece, but leave the ends free.

Print Thanks, great lesson +1

Everyone loves sweets: both children and adults. Therefore, we suggest that you and your child make a simple craft in the form of a favorite delicacy. To make it, choose beautiful paper. You can take shiny or matte, or maybe you like it with beautiful patterns. In any case, the manufacturing steps for any paper will be the same.

  • A square sheet of double-sided paper

Step by step photo lesson:

To create candy, it is best to choose designer paper so that it looks like a wrapper. Various patterns, ornaments and designs will only embellish the finished craft. First, fold a square piece of paper in half.

Let's open it. There is a vertical fold line right in the middle of the square.

Then we divide our square into three equal parts by eye. For this purpose, you can take a ruler and a pencil to make it easier to measure.

Bend the bottom part up.

And then the top down.

Turn it over. We bend the workpiece in half to form a vertical fold line.

Bend the right side to the left.

Then we retreat 0.5 cm and bend it back to the right side. You will end up with a slight bend.

We'll do the same on the left side. Make sure that the distance from the central vertical fold is the same as the right side.

We bend the lower and upper corners along the sides.

We turn it over and get this wonderful paper craft called “origami candy.”
This craft can be turned into a postcard if you sign the wishes and the name of the recipient. In the middle of the candy you can beautifully write a congratulatory phrase, on the sides - from whom and to whom, but at the back - the congratulation text itself. Since the postcard is small, the text should be short but succinct. So you need to think about the text in advance before writing it.

Video lesson

Decorating a Christmas tree for the New Year with various toys and candies is already a common thing, which is very popular not only with children, but even with many adults. However, hanging caramels and gingerbread cookies on the Christmas tree is somehow “boring”. To add some variety to the decorating process and keep the kids busy, you can make origami in the form of candies.

New Year's crafts made from caramels can be a good gift or decoration not only for the New Year, but also for other holidays. There are quite a lot of options and schemes regarding candies on the Internet. This article will present the easiest and most beautiful paper crafts in the form of caramels. How to make candy out of paper? There has been an answer to this question for a long time!

How to make paper candy with your own hands

Even as a child during labor lessons we were taught to make various crafts from paper and more. Remembering these lessons, everyone understands that no one taught us candy origami, but it’s never too late to learn how to do something. Below you will find options and patterns of candy origami that will decorate your home and give good emotions.

Option #1

I would like to start with instructions for making a surprise candy, in which you can put sweets or a small gift. This craft is quite easy to make, and you don’t need a lot of material. Prepare in advance:

  • A toilet paper cardboard.
  • Wrapping paper measuring approximately 30 by 30.
  • Scissors, tape, tape.

You need to put a piece of cardboard in the middle, closer to the edge, and secure it with tape.

Wrap the cardboard with wrapping paper, and close the seam with tape.

Tie one side with a ribbon and leave the other side untied. Pour some sweets, candy bars there, or put a small gift, for example, a chocolate bunny. After this, carefully tie the other side with ribbon.

This candy is shaped like a box. Such gifts can be given to children at school for the holidays: it’s economical, and you can put together an assortment of candies yourself, taking into account the children’s tastes.

Option No. 2

This option is also easy to implement, but the result will please you. For these sweets you will need:

  • Corrugated paper (choose the color at your discretion, but it’s best to take several).
  • Scissors, silicone and regular glue, thread (to match the color of the paper), toothpicks.
  • Balls of the same size (1.5–2 cm).

You need to cut out a rectangle measuring 10 by 8 cm from paper. Place a ball greased with regular glue in the middle, closer to the edge. Wrap the ball in this paper.

After this, you need to take the threads and tie the edges of the paper close to the ball. If the ends are very long, you can trim them a little.

The caramel is ready. Some people also coat the edge of the toothpick with silicone glue and stick it to the caramel, but this is not necessary. These crafts can be used as a decoration, for example, by pouring them into a candy bowl.

Option #3

This time the caramel will be made according to the scheme. Prepare colored cardboard, scissors, glue, pencil, ribbons and small candies (edible).

Stepping back from the opposite edges by about 1.5 cm, you need to cut out three diamonds. There are two edges left, on which we also cut out diamonds, but this time there are two. It looks like this.

Then you will need to fold the template along the lines drawn on it so that you get the following.

To make the caramels seem more realistic, you can stick some stickers on them or cut out some parts from the candy wrappers. You need to tie the edge of the candy with ribbon, pour the treats inside and tie the second edge.

You will get a very beautiful do-it-yourself candy wrapper or gift wrapping that is not inferior to store-bought options.

Option No. 4

For this craft you will need paper, scissors, tape, pencil, glue and a little perseverance. Transfer this diagram to paper

You need to carefully cut out the diamonds as shown in the picture above. It is best, of course, to use a stationery knife for this; with it this process will be more accurate. This blank needs to be bent along the fold line, in the end you will get something similar to a cylinder. The edges must be glued together with glue, and the ends must be tied with ribbon or thread. The product will resemble a homemade candy wrapper, which may well fit a small candy bar, since the craft is voluminous and there is room.

Option #5

Origami from paper according to the scheme. You won't need anything other than paper. So, take a square-shaped sheet and fold it as shown in Figure 1. After that, fold the paper into three more parts (Figure 2). Find the middle of this blank and then make two folds (Figure 3). Mark the future fold lines (4), you need to fold along the lines inward (5). That's all, the beautiful origami in the form of a candy is ready! If desired, you can somehow decorate or paint it.

Option #6

  • Cardboard.
  • Silk (small piece).
  • Braid, ribbons and sequins.

Take cardboard and divide it into 7 equal parts. Bend the cardboard along the drawn lines. It should be a hexagon; the cardboard needs to be secured with glue or a stapler. Wrap this blank in fabric and pull it off one side. After placing the gift inside, tie the other side as well. After this, we proceed to “designing” the box. Glue braid or ribbon onto it and decorate with sequins.

Make a big candy with your own hands.

It is not necessary to make candies in the shape of squares or rectangles. Just look at the folds of a candy of a different shape and transfer them to paper, only ten times larger. Just imagine how many emotions the children will have when they receive such a surprise candy as a gift. It's amazing that you can make paper candy so easily and simply. Some craftsmen manage to weave this sweet from rubber bands.
