1. General provisions.
1.1. This Regulation has been developed in accordance with paragraph 26 of Art. 34 Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated December 29, 2012 No. 273-FZ “On education in the Russian Federation”.
1.2. These Regulations regulate the procedure for awarding students of MBOU Kagalnitsky Secondary School No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as the School) with a Certificate of Merit “For excellent academic achievements” and a Certificate of Commendation “For success in the study of individual subjects.”
1.3. The purpose of awarding the Certificate of Commendation “For excellent academic achievements” and the Certificate of Commendation “For success in the study of individual subjects” is to encourage graduates of the 9th and 11th grades of the school and students of grades 2-8, 10 who have shown hard work, diligence and perseverance in mastering knowledge.
1.4. The regulations are reviewed by the school's pedagogical council and put into effect by order of the school director.
2. The procedure for awarding students with Certificates of Honor
"For excellent academic achievements"
2.1. A certificate of merit “For excellent academic achievements” is awarded to students in grades 2-8 and 10 of the School.
2.2. The certificate of merit “For excellent academic achievements” is awarded to students in transfer classes of the school who have quarter (six-month) grades of “5” and no more than two grades of “4” and annual and final grades of “5” in all subjects studied in the corresponding grade.
2.3. The decision to award students in transfer classes with a certificate of merit “For excellent academic achievements” is made by the school’s pedagogical council.
2.4. A certificate of merit “For excellent academic achievements” is awarded to the awarded students at the end of the academic year.
2.5. The Deputy Director for Academic Affairs keeps records of the issuance of forms of certificates of merit “For excellent academic achievements” in a separate journal for personal signature. (Appendix No. 1).
3. The procedure for awarding a certificate of merit “For special achievements in the study of individual subjects”
3.1. The Certificate of Commendation “For special achievements in the study of individual subjects” is awarded to:
3.1.1. graduates of 9th grade who have achieved success in studying one or more subjects, who have received quarterly, annual, and final “excellent” grades in them during their studies in grades 5-9 and who have received an “excellent” grade at the state (final) certification with positive grades in the rest objects;
3.1.2. graduates of 11th grade who have achieved particular success in studying one or more subjects, having semi-annual, annual, final marks “excellent” in them at the level of secondary general education, who have passed state (final) certification in compulsory subjects and in subjects for which commendable awards are awarded diploma, with positive marks in other subjects, as well as those who received a score at the state final certification in this subject that is not lower than the minimum established for the given academic year.
3.2. The decision to award graduates of grades 9 and 11 with a certificate of commendation “For special achievements in the study of individual subjects” is made by the pedagogical council based on information from the class teacher.
3.3. The presentation of a certificate of commendation “For special achievements in the study of individual subjects” (indicating specific subjects) is carried out in a solemn atmosphere along with a state-issued document on the appropriate level of education.
3.4. The diploma of commendation “For special achievements in the study of individual subjects” is not awarded to graduates of the levels of basic and secondary general education who have received a certificate of the corresponding level of education with honors.
3.5. Accounting for the issuance of certificates of merit is kept in the register of certificates of merit.
