Reference. Labor Code of the Russian Federation on the use of minor labor

Employment centers offer vacancies specifically for teenagers. The simplest and safe way– contact one of these institutions. The most common types of work offered by the centers are:

  • city greening;
  • harvesting;
  • landscaping;
  • assistance to the elderly and disabled.

When visiting the Employment Center, a contract is concluded with the teenager. Official employment is provided with documented guarantees, which may not be the case when independently searching for ways to earn money.

Attention! According to Article 63 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, when registering a teenager for work, the mandatory permission of one of the parents or guardians is required.

Participation in promotions

The main advantage of this type of income is the daily hourly wage. The teenager is required to distribute leaflets, advertise certain products, and advise interested buyers. Flexible schedule allows you to choose convenient working hours.

Earnings range from 70 to 300 rubles. in an hour. Despite its apparent simplicity, the activities of a promoter presuppose the presence of certain skills: communication skills, goodwill, and the ability to interest a potential client. You will also need patience, because you have to stand outside for hours in any weather.

Working as a courier

Small chain stores and print publications are happy to hire teenagers as couriers in the summer. This position has a number of advantages:

  1. Employment 2-3 hours a day.
  2. Decent salary.
  3. Fast learning.
  4. New acquaintances.

The applicant must know the city well, be punctual, mobile, and friendly. You can find a courier job by looking at an advertisement or by contacting food, flower, and newspaper delivery services.

Attention! According to labor laws, a teenager’s working time during the holidays should not exceed 24 hours a week.

Fast food chains

Getting a part-time job at a fast food restaurant in the summer is quite possible. Please note that a health certificate is required for activities related to food. Its registration costs about 2,000 rubles, so it is not profitable for a teenager to get a job for a short period of time. Great option– work agreement for two to three months.

Jobs offered by fast food restaurants for teenagers:

  • dishwasher;
  • premises cleaner;
  • participant in promotions;
  • leaflet distributor.

The teenager is required to be diligent, responsible, and willing to work. In exchange, they offer decent wages (10-12 thousand rubles per month) and a friendly youth team.

Part-time job online

For those who have good computer literacy and are familiar with the rules of the Russian language, working on the Internet is suitable. There are many exchanges offering posting services, writing reviews, and writing articles.

You can combine two activities: computer games and getting money. New products that appear require testing, each of which is paid for. The beauty of this activity is that there is no need to stand on the street or run somewhere in the morning. You can complete tasks without leaving the couch.

Salary depends on the desire to work, perseverance and understanding of the goals. Payment for the simplest activities is minimal, but by completing many tasks you can earn money.

Before you go to work, carefully review the company that offers vacancies. Read reviews, talk to employees if possible. Remember: employment does not require any investment. You often come across advertisements where some intermediaries offer services to find good jobs. To do this, you just need to transfer a certain amount to the specified address. If an intermediary or potential employer asks for an advance payment for the proposed vacancy, this is a fraud.

To find a job, it is better for a teenager to seek help from official organizations. Part-time work in the summer gives you the opportunity to get pocket money and show your best qualities and make new interesting acquaintances.

How to identify scammers?

Unfortunately, the limitless possibilities of the Internet attract not only honest entrepreneurs. Even adults, despite the rich life experience, often lose their vigilance and succumb to the persuasion of scammers. Teenagers who are thinking about how to make money at the age of 15 are much easier to deceive: due to their young age, they still lack critical thinking skills and reasonable caution. Therefore, parents must explain to the student that:

  • You should not believe promises to earn a large sum in a couple of days;
  • If the remuneration for the work is inadequately high, then no one will pay the money;
  • You need to understand that an income of even 50% per week is fantastic;
  • You should refuse work for which you need to pay;
  • There are no secret hacks to get rich instantly;
  • You should not participate in financial pyramids;
  • Gambling and casinos should be avoided.

At the age of 14, a teenager is quite capable of gaining independence and starting to earn slightly less than his parents. But we should not forget that his capabilities are limited: at this age, the main priority for schoolchildren is still studying. In order not to waste precious time and energy in vain, you must initially adhere to the right strategy:

  1. Don't try to make money with everyone at once accessible ways. It is better to choose two or three promising options and understand them well;
  2. No need to wait ideal conditions to start. You should start looking right now, without postponing this task until tomorrow;
  3. You need to constantly learn and improve yourself. It is advisable to learn some new useful information every day;
  4. It is recommended to start with ways of generating income that are understandable and personally attractive to you;
  5. At least a fifth of the profit must be invested in your education and training.
