Execution technique

- Cut out several pieces of the appropriate size.

- In order for the patterned film to detach from the substrate, it must be immersed in cold water for 10-20 seconds. After this, it will slide off easily, and you will get an amazing manicure with a slider design.
- Using tweezers, place the printed piece on your nail. The colored polish or base must have good stickiness so that it adheres tightly to the nail plate. If not, then it is recommended to apply a layer of primer.
- Using a dry brush, spread the slider over the nail. The edges are easily tucked under the cuticle. If they turn out too large, they can be corrected with nail polish remover.
- Carefully cut off the excess length with a nail file.
- If you can’t smooth the surface, you can use a primer and carefully go over all the folds, and don’t forget to pay attention to the ends.
- If the slider does not cover the entire nail, you need to finish it with a varnish of a suitable shade using a thin brush.
- Cover the finished design with a top coat and remove the stickiness with a cleaner.

1. Preparation for applying gel polish

Then we carry out the procedure of removing the gloss (shine) from the nail plate, for this we use a 180 grit file.
Next, depending on the need, we inspect the nails for damage, creases, delaminations and other things that may interfere with applying gel polish accordingly, we remove defects and give the plates the desired shape with the same file.
Afterwards, wipe the nails with a disinfectant (or alcohol), then with a dehydrator to degrease in 1 layer.
2. Applying gel polish
For better adhesion, use a base for gel polish (or a base for bio-gel) in 1 layer, fix it in a lamp (36 watts) for 1 minute. We do not remove the sticky layer.
Gel polish coating is carried out in two steps: first, the first layer is placed in the lamp for 2 minutes, after drying, another layer is applied - for a more saturated color, again for 2 minutes.
3. Applying slider design
We glue the slider design onto the sticky layer of the second colored layer of gel polish. To do this, cut the sticker to the size of the nail and lower it into a glass of water, blot it on a napkin, then pull off the film with the design. We glue it onto the gel polish and correct it if necessary.
4. Top
We cover the finished design with a topcoat for gel polish or bio-gel. Bake in a lamp for 2 minutes.
Remove the sticky layer with a special liquid or alcohol. Moisturize the skin around the nails with cuticle oil.

5. Removing gel polish
Removing gel polish is not difficult, so it can be easily done at home.
To remove gel polish, a special remover for uv varnish or bio-gel is suitable. Before the procedure, we advise you to go over the artificial turf with a 180 file, this will speed up the removal process. After generously moistening each sponge, you insert a nail there and secure it with foil. Each finger should remain in the remover for approximately 15 minutes. After this time, you should remove unnecessary cotton wool or sponges from the nails, and carefully remove the remaining gel polish with citrus wooden sticks. Sometimes this procedure has to be repeated twice.

- You should prepare the nail coating: remove the cuticle, degrease the surface with nail polish remover and level the surface of the nail with a buff;
- apply a base coat under the varnish and dry the layer thoroughly in a lamp;
- after the base has dried, a paint layer with a sticky layer is applied, it is important to dry the acrylic a little before gluing the decal, otherwise it will lie unevenly and bubbles may form;
- Next, you should separate the slider from the paper base; to do this, place the cut-out design in a container with water for a few seconds. After peeling off the film with the pattern from the paper base, the pattern is applied to a sticky colored coating layer;
- as an auxiliary design, you can apply a dot pattern with acrylic paints, or put rhinestones or bouillons;
- after drying the sticky layer, it is necessary to apply a transparent finishing layer;
If you want to apply a design to the entire nail and cover it with finishing gel polish, then you should apply the base sequentially, a thin layer of a sticky acrylic layer, and then stick the image, straightening it with a cotton swab. You should step back one or two millimeters from the edge, then the image will be smooth and without bubbles. Applying a finishing layer will consolidate the result and add shine to the coating.
