Let's make a tree on the side of the girl. And to begin with, we cut out a trunk and then several branches from the bark with scissors. You shouldn't make a lot of branches. Three or four will be enough.
Glue the trunk and branches near the girl. It is better to glue these parts with hot glue. Regular glue will not hold the bark. The base for the tree is also ready.
Now you need to take colorful leaves. They must be dried first. And we break these leaves into small parts. Let them be of different sizes and colors. The more colorful the autumn leaves are, the better.
From these small parts we will form the crown. And here you need to use PVA glue or a pencil. Lubricate a small part with glue. And sprinkle it generously with our torn leaves.
Then we apply glue to the other part and do the same. That is, we glue the leaves until the crown of the tree becomes quite fluffy and lush. It is important that there are as few gaps as possible.
You need to glue blades of grass along the bottom. You can take small and thin elongated autumn leaves. Also, fluffy blades of grass that grow everywhere are perfect here. They can be glued with hot glue.
Further from the crown down on both sides of the tree you need to glue a few more leaves, which we shredded, so that it seems that the leaves are falling from the tree into the grass. There is no need to glue a lot of leaves so as not to clutter the application.
Using the same hot glue, you can make a couple of drops on the umbrella, as if it had been wet by rain.
The leaf applique is ready! It can be covered with glass, framed and hung on the wall.

Let's draw the silhouette of a girl in fluffy dress. She should seem to be looking at the bush. It is best to draw with a pencil first so that you can erase unnecessary strokes and lines. And then circle the lady with a black felt-tip pen.
You only need to glue it on top, because we will also glue other leaves under the bottom. Any glue can be used. But hot glue holds the leaves better and stronger.
Take a small leaf with five petals. And we glue it on top of the skirt right at the very beginning.
Then we continue to form the bottom of the skirt. And for this, let's take beautiful yellow flower petals. They should be large enough. For example, these could be petals from rudbeckia. We glue them to the bottom of the dress.
Take a thin yellow satin ribbon. You can take lilac color. And we'll tie a bow. Glue it to the very top of the dress (skirt). Now the dress has become even more beautiful and festive. And it's completely ready.

- spruce needles;

First you need to draw the base of the girl’s portrait on white cardboard with a felt-tip pen. We draw all the main elements of the face: eyes, nose and lips. And then we begin to design the face. You need to glue a small red or burgundy piece of paper onto your lips. You can take a barberry leaf or a leaf of any other plant. You can glue it using either hot glue or PVA.
Then we will make arrows on the eyes of the girl or shadow. And to do this you need to take an oblong leaf of any color. You can even take the green one. And glue the leaf to the eyes. We do not glue it onto the entire eyelid, but only along the bottom and slightly backing off from the beginning of the eye at the nose.
Cut off the ends of the spruce needles. And glue them on like eyelashes. It is enough to glue three eyelashes at the edge of one eye. We glue at approximately the same distance from each other.
Shaping the hair. And to do this, take a couple of large oak leaves and one small one. First we glue one leaf, then a little higher the second one. And we glue the smallest one on top. Thanks to the shape of oak leaves, the girl’s hair turns out wavy and voluminous.
And from a birch leaf we will make a crown. Glue the leaf to the head so that its sharp part is on top. This is what the crown will look like.
You can decorate the crown with three barberries or rowan berries. But you can leave it like that.
Along the bottom, where the neckline is, we glue small red leaves, as if outlining the dress.

Take three more elm leaves. And glue it from below under the previous three leaves. But here you need to glue it at a slight angle, as if the dress had a small train.
And we finish the whole dress with three birch leaves. After all, they are yellow and will go well with rudbeckia petals. We also glue them along the bottom of the dress. With this dress we are ready.
And all that remains is to glue the leaves as if a girl were scattering them while dancing. But since the leaves are too large for her, we will tear them into small pieces. How to inspire children to create beautiful autumn applique
So that the child really wants to create something interesting with his own hands, need to prepare it. Before handing over the materials and explaining to the child what he will do today, you should tell some tale about autumn, show pictures, describe the weather and talk with the child about this time of year. Let the children answer for themselves what they associate with autumn, what games they play, what they think about when they hear the phrase “autumn time.”

How to make a children's applique on the theme “Autumn”
You can invite the children to collect the herbarium in advance and bring colored paper, scissors and glue. Each child is asked to take the following materials:

How to make an “Autumn Tree” applique with your own hands
This application looks original and beautiful. It uses a non-standard material – a sponge. For this drawing you will need:
- sponges of different colors: yellow, green, orange;
- scissors;
- black felt-tip pen;
- a sheet of white cardboard;
- PVA glue.
You need to start by placing a sheet of white cardboard in front of you in a vertical position. Next, the child needs:
- Using a black felt-tip pen, draw the silhouette of a tree - trunk and branches. It can be oak, aspen, birch, in general, any tree that the baby likes.
- Cut out “leaves” from sponges of different colors. They can be shaped like triangles or diamonds.
- Glue pieces of sponge with PVA glue onto the branches of the drawn tree.
Application “Fish” from dry leaves and colored paper
Autumn crafts can be done not only on autumn theme. Children can do original works, and none of them will be like the other. The craft is suitable for middle and older children . To make fish, kids need the following materials:
- A4 sheet of paper;

Work order
1. Make stencils:
- transfer the stencils indicating parts of the color field onto colored paper according to the sample;
- cut the blanks along the contour;
- make cuts along the top edge of each colored part of the field (this is grass);
— fold the blanks for marking trees in half lengthwise;
- attaching the tree crown stencil to the fold line of the colored blank, trace it.
2. Cut out the silhouettes of the trees, holding the workpiece by the fold line.
3. Cut out the trunks for the birch trees from a strip of white paper.
4. Cut out the sun from an orange square, make cuts along the edge of the circle (these are the rays).
5. Lay out the details of the picture on a white base according to the pattern.
6. Take a blank indicating part of the orange field, spread it with glue with reverse side to the cut line and stick it to the base.
7. Glue the yellow and green (light green) parts of the field in the same way.
8. Glue the birch and spruce pieces together as shown in the sample.
9. Glue the trees onto the picture.
10. Glue the trunks, marking the spots on the trunk with a dark pencil.
11. Glue the sun without gluing the ray cuts.
12. Use pastels or wax crayons to paint over the white background of the picture.
If desired, you can glue a frame made of brown cardboard or paper brown.

For work we need materials:
- colored double sided paper(one sheet each: red, light green, orange, 3 yellow sheets);
- colored cardboard (2 sheets of brown and a sheet of green);
- simple scissors;
- curly scissors;
- glue stick;
- ruler, simple pencil;
- 2 plates: diameter – 13 cm and 19 cm (they are not in the photo).
Work progress:
1. On brown cardboard with a simple pencil We outline a plate with a diameter of 13 cm, and on green cardboard we outline a plate with a diameter of 19 cm.
2. Using curly scissors, we cut out circles (for middle-aged children, an adult does this work, and older children can handle the cutting themselves).
3. On the green circle, glue a brown circle in the middle (this will be a small base-clearing for our tree).
4. Fold a brown sheet (25 cm long, 19 cm wide) in half. On top, on both sides, mark 2 cm along the edges with a simple pencil and draw lines connecting the marks and the edges of the lower part.
5. Cut the workpiece along the lines. You will get 2 parts (base for wood).
6. On the lower parts of the base, mark 1.5 cm with a pencil and draw a line. Bend the cardboard along the line as shown in the figure.
7. Glue the wood base on top along the edge. Glue the lower part onto the clearing base, slightly opening the base for the tree. Here's what happens:
8. On 2 sheets of yellow paper, draw a plate with a diameter of 13 cm with a simple pencil. Cut it out with curly scissors. You will get 2 circles.
9. On sheets of yellow, red, light green, orange, draw stripes 1.5 cm wide with a simple pencil.
10. Cut the paper. The result was stripes of four colors.
11. Glue each strip into a ring. Glue the rings, lightly spreading glue in the middle, onto the yellow circles (alternating colors). The rings can be glued vertically, horizontally, or slightly tilted in any direction. Here's what happens:
12. Glue the lower part of the yellow circle with rings to the base of the tree. It doesn’t matter if the paper bends under the weight of the rings.
13. Glue the second yellow circle with rings to the first. Now the paper does not sag.
14. We use the remains of colored paper for “fallen” leaves: we make leaves using the method of tearing off the paper.
15. Glue the leaves onto the clearing base (or a little onto the tree) in any order (you can glue the entire leaf, or you can only glue part of the leaf, bend the rest, creating a wind effect). Autumn tree is ready!
