In this case, despite the excess fat content, fresh milk, which has previously been heat-treated at a temperature of 60-70°C for several minutes, is recognized as the best basic dietary product. Compliance with a dairy mono-diet, due to a significant reduction in the diet and a decrease in its calorie content, requires the correct psychological attitude towards achieving the goal, strong determination and willpower.

Dairy diet for 5 days

The five-day version of the dairy diet offers a more varied, but at the same time rather limited daily diet, based on eating dairy and fermented milk dishes with the addition of fruits, cereals and some other related products.

The fat content of dairy products of this diet option should vary within 1%. In 24 hours you need to drink 1 liter of milk and a similar volume of clean water. The daily nutritional regime for other foods is quite strict, but allows for the possibility of replacing one meal with another (for example, lunch with dinner and vice versa). Recipes for dairy diet dishes

Below are some dietary dishes made from milk, the use of which as part of a dairy diet or separately from it will help reduce excess body weight.

Required ingredients:

  • oatmeal – 100 g;
  • skim milk – 400 ml;
  • purified water – 600 ml.

Rinse the oatmeal, fill it with previously boiled cold water and leave to swell for about 5-6 hours or overnight. Drain off the remaining water and rinse the cereal again. Place the swollen oatmeal in a saucepan, add purified water to it and cook over low heat for 40 minutes. After this time, add skim milk to the pan and continue cooking until thick. Transfer the resulting mixture to a cast iron or ceramic pot and heat in the oven for an hour.

Required ingredients:

  • semolina – 200 g;
  • pasteurized milk – 250 ml;
  • purified water – 250 ml;
  • butter – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • natural honey – 1.5 tbsp. l.

In a deep frying pan, heat the semolina in butter until slightly yellow, without letting it burn. In the same frying pan, pour the heated cereal with a mixture of pasteurized milk and water, having previously dissolved half the honey in it, stir quickly and thoroughly and boil for 2-3 minutes. After this, tightly close the pan with a lid and leave until the semolina is completely swollen. Season the finished porridge with the rest of the honey and serve.

Required ingredients:

  • low-fat cottage cheese – 400 g;
  • raisins – 20 g;
  • bran – 4 tbsp. l.;
  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.

Rinse the raisins and leave them in water until they swell, then air dry. Breaking up all the lumps, thoroughly knead the cottage cheese, add raisins, bran, eggs and carefully knead the dough. Form oval or round blanks for cheesecakes and, lightly grease them with vegetable oil, fry them in a non-stick frying pan.

Required ingredients:

  • pasteurized milk 1 l;
  • dry sourdough – 1 packet.

Prepare a wide-necked thermos by pouring some boiling water into it, pour it over the stopper and, closing the lid, leave for a few minutes. Warm the pasteurized milk to about 47°C. Pour a little milk into a thermos, pour the starter into it, close the lid and completely dissolve it by vigorous shaking. Add the rest of the milk into the thermos, close the thermos with the lid again, shake the resulting mixture a couple of times and leave in a warm place for 6 hours. After this time, remove the yogurt from the thermos, distribute it into small containers and place them in the refrigerator.

Required ingredients:

  • milk with a maximum fat content of 1.5% – 250 ml;
  • medium-sized ripe banana – 1 pc.;
  • low-fat pure yogurt - 4 tbsp. l.

Place a pre-cut banana into a blender bowl, add yogurt to it and pour milk over everything. Beat all ingredients at the highest speed of the blender for approximately 2 minutes. A diet milkshake is perfect as a dessert or as an independent dish, mainly consumed as a snack.

Quitting the diet

If you quickly get rid of extra pounds, which occurs when you follow a dairy diet, and then immediately return to eating your usual dishes, the result of losing weight will not last very long, and in some cases it can develop into a gain of additional body weight.

That is why for the first time after finishing the diet (at least 14 days), it is necessary to adhere to some rules for the correct exit from it, namely:

  • do not eat any food that falls under the definition of “harmful” (fatty, fried, salty, sweet, etc.);
  • throughout the entire exit from the diet, practice replacing one of the meals (usually breakfast) with a dairy or fermented milk menu of your own choice;
  • Arrange a fasting day on milk derivatives once a week.

The same can be said about bad eating habits: it is not recommended, for example, to eat porridge with bread, since you are consuming two grains, say rice and wheat. I can say the same thing about the mixture of black and white rice that is sold in stores. Do not consume this mixture as they are two different types of grains.

Legumes can also be mixed with each other. For example, you can combine beans and lentils.
