Many believers, reading the holy scriptures, often pay attention to such an expression as “the seven deadly sins.” These words do not refer to any specific seven actions, because the list of such actions can be much larger. This number indicates only the conditional grouping of actions into seven main groups.

Gregory the Great was the first to propose such a division back in 590. The church also has its own division, in which there are eight main passions. Translated from Church Slavonic, the word “passion” means suffering. Other believers and preachers believe that there are 10 sins in Orthodoxy.

Deadly sins in Orthodoxy

The most serious possible sin is called a mortal sin. It can only be redeemed by repentance. Committing such a sin does not allow a person's soul to enter heaven. Basically in Orthodoxy there are seven deadly sins.

And they are called mortal because their constant repetition leads to the death of a person’s immortal soul, and therefore its ending in hell. Such actions are based on biblical texts. Their appearance in the texts of theologians dates back to a later time.

Deadly sins in Orthodoxy. List.

  1. Anger, anger, revenge. This group includes actions that, as opposed to love, bring destruction.
  2. Lust b, debauchery, fornication. This category includes actions that lead to an excessive desire for pleasure.
  3. Laziness, idleness, despondency. This includes a reluctance to do both spiritual and physical work.
  4. Pride, vanity, arrogance. Arrogance, boasting, and excessive self-confidence are considered disbelief in the divine.
  5. Envy, jealousy. This group includes dissatisfaction with what they have, confidence in the injustice of the world, desire for someone else's status, property, qualities.
  6. Gluttony, gluttony. The need to consume more than necessary is also considered a passion.
  7. Love of money, greed, greed, stinginess. Most of all, attention is paid to when the desire to increase one’s material wealth comes at the expense of spiritual well-being.

List of sins for confession in Orthodoxy

Confession is one of the rites that help get rid of sins and cleanse the soul. The clergy believe that if repentance is supported by alms, fervent prayer and fasting, then after it a person can return to the state in which Adam was before the Fall.

You can go to confession in any setting, but often it is a church during a service or another time that the priest appoints. A person who wishes to repent must be baptized, go to the Orthodox Church, recognize the foundations of Orthodoxy and be willing to repent of his sins.

To prepare for confession, repentance and faith are necessary. It is recommended to fast and read prayers of repentance. A repentant person needs to confess his sins, thereby showing recognition of his sinfulness, while highlighting those passions that are especially characteristic of him.

It would not be superfluous to name specific sins that burden his soul. Here is a short list of sins for confession:

  • Offense against God.
  • Caring only about worldly life.
  • Violation of God's Law.
  • Condemnation of clergy.
  • Unbelief, lack of faith, doubts about the existence of God, about the truth of the Orthodox faith.
  • An insult to God, the Most Holy Theotokos, the saints, the holy Church. Mentioning the Name of God in vain, without reverence.
  • Violation of fasts, church regulations and prayer rules.
  • Failure to keep promises that were made to God.
  • Lack of Christian love.
  • Non-attendance or rare attendance at the temple.
  • Envy, malice, hatred.
  • Homicide, abortion. Suicide.
  • Lies, deceit.
  • Lack of mercy, failure to provide assistance to those in need.
  • Pride. Condemnation. Resentment, no desire to reconcile, forgive. Grudge.
  • Stinginess, greed, money-grubbing, bribery.
  • Temptation for any sin.
  • Extravagance.
  • Superstition.
  • Use of alcohol, tobacco, drugs...
  • Entering into direct communication with evil spirits.
  • Fornication.
  • Gambling.
  • Divorce.
  • Self-justification.
  • Laziness, sadness, gluttony, despondency.

This is not a complete list of sins. It can also be expanded. At the end of the confession, we can say this: I sinned in deed, in word, in thoughts, with all the feelings of soul and body. It is impossible to list all my sins, there are so many of them. But I repent of all my sins, both spoken and forgotten.

The most terrible sin in Orthodoxy

People often argue about which sin is the most terrible and which sins God agrees to forgive. It is generally accepted that suicide is considered the most serious sin. He is considered incorrigible, because having passed away, a person can no longer beg God’s forgiveness for his soul.

There is no clear ranking of sins in Orthodoxy. After all, if a small sin is not prayed away and repented of, it can lead to the death of a person’s soul and burden him.

You can often hear about original sin in Orthodoxy. This is the name given to the act of Adam and Eve that they committed. Since it was committed in the first generation of people, it was recognized as the first sin of all mankind. This sin damaged human nature and is passed on to descendants by inheritance. In order to reduce its influence on a person or to lose it altogether, it is recommended to baptize children and accustom them to the church.

Sin of Sodom in Orthodoxy

This is the customary name for a sinful thought, act or desire that is based on a person’s sexual attraction to a representative (representatives) of his own sex. Often the clergy classified this sin as one of the types of fornication, although some drew a fairly clear line between such concepts.

In turn, the sin of fornication in Orthodoxy is classified as a mortal sin. After all, it is believed that when connecting with a person, not only physical, but also spiritual intimacy occurs. And all this remains on our soul. She becomes unclean. In the middle, everything seems to be burned out.

That is why it is necessary to think about your carnal desires every time, and think about what this can lead to.

We cannot atone for sins in Orthodoxy on our own. But we have hope that the Lord has given us. To ease your burdens, you need to pray fervently. It is necessary to go to church and confess to God and the priest.

“Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God. Drive away from me all the misfortunes that tempt carnal passions. In redemption I fall down, I forget about my sins in the vanity. Forgive me for the sins that happened, and they have not yet been forgotten. Those sins that are still smoldering in the soul too often cause illness. Thy will be done. Amen".

All people are different - this is no secret to anyone. Both positive and negative aspects of character can coexist in one personality. Now I would like to talk about what human vices exist.

What is vice?

First of all, you need to define the concepts. So, what are human vices and virtues? They must be considered together, because they are a reflection of each other, different sides of the same coin. These are the negative and positive aspects of a person’s character, which are manifested in his deeds and actions. These character traits shape not only the life of one person, but also influence those around them, and therefore can significantly change the lives of loved ones, both in a positive direction - virtues, and negatively - vices.

About the sculptures

If you want to take a closer look at all the vices of humanity, you should go to Moscow and visit Bolotnaya Square. It was there, in 2001, that a series of monuments dedicated to the negative aspects of human character were unveiled. This composition is called “Children – Victims of the Vices of Adults.” Two children play hide and seek while they are surrounded by 13 three-meter tall sculptures with heads of fish or animals. As the author Mikhail Shemyakin said, this was done on purpose, because human vices are usually depicted in exaggerated images. The monuments are located in strict order. Among them one can find theft, prostitution, drug addiction, ignorance, alcoholism, pseudoscience, sadism, indifference, propaganda of violence, exploitation of child labor, war and poverty. One monument is for the memoryless.

Indifference

If a person is asked to identify the main vices of a person, for example, five, he will think about it. And it’s worth saying that no one will have a single answer. After all, choice is an individual matter. For some, one vice will be the most terrible, while others will treat it condescendingly. However, a huge number of people agree that the first and most important vice is still indifference. This is a lack of empathy for one’s own kind, i.e., people and all other representatives of the living world. It is this trait that is inherent in most murderers and rapists; it gives rise to unrest, permissiveness and impunity.

The next human vice is deceit. Which, by the way, is often considered almost a virtue today. After all, you can earn, for example, a lot of money in the modern world only by deception. However, it is worth saying that a deceitful person never cares about the feelings of others; he is characterized by a devil-may-care attitude. “If you lie once, you will lie a second time” - everyone should remember this proverb.

Corruption

This is a perfectly disguised human vice that is not so easy to recognize. It often manifests itself in special life situations when it is necessary to provide protection and rear support. Do you agree that it is most terrible in wartime?

Animality

This vice characterizes people who live exclusively for themselves, satisfying all their “animal”, primary needs. They are often stupid and ignorant.

Another very terrible human vice is greed. This can be either simple hoarding or a thirst for accumulating wealth, a desire to own as many valuables and material goods as possible. Such people never share anything, and the feeling of generosity is simply alien to them.

The next vice of a person, which, by the way, is sometimes very difficult to recognize. Hypocritical people in every situation choose a position that is convenient for themselves in order to extract maximum benefit. Such persons put on a “mask” in order to look better in the eyes of the “right” people than they really are.

The next human vice is envy. It often manifests itself in hostility and dislike towards a certain person who has reached great heights. Someone else's well-being overshadows the envious person's mind and leads him into a constant state of dissatisfaction with himself and his wealth.

Cruelty

A terrible vice that is inherent in rapists, murderers and other criminals. It is expressed in the desire or need to cause pain to all living beings (not only people, but also animals). They cause pain not only physically, for example, beatings, but also psychologically - sometimes moral pressure is much more difficult to bear. If the object of cruelty feels bad, the torturer experiences satisfaction and some semblance of joy.

When considering human vices, one should not ignore anger. Some people are angry with everyone and everything, they are irritable, often use foul language and are rude.

The next vice is cunning (today it is also viewed by some people in a positive sense). This means that a person can be so cunning and cunning that he gets the maximum benefit for himself, often to the detriment of others.

A certain overestimation of the importance of one’s own person in comparison with others. It can be expressed in a disdainful attitude towards other people and their interests.

Another human vice that manifests itself in disrespect and contempt for the interlocutor. May be accompanied by rude gestures and abusive speech. This behavior is typical of types who feel impunity and superiority.

This is a person’s desire to attract attention in any way, even through negative behavior. Such characters love to hear laudatory speeches addressed to them and want to climb onto the pedestal during their lifetime. Empty braggarts often behave this way.

Opposites

It is worth saying that all of these are acquired vices. A person is born a tabula rasa - a blank slate on which the immediate environment (parents and society) write their, as they say today, reviews. In adulthood, a person can get rid of all his vices and turn them into virtues. Thus, indifference is answered by sympathy, deceitfulness by honesty, venality by loyalty, greed by generosity, hypocrisy by sincerity, envy by joy, cruelty by tenderness, anger by kindness, cunning by straightforwardness, selfishness by dedication, arrogance by compliance, and vanity by modesty. . But working on yourself is one of the most difficult things.

From greed to laziness

vice: laziness(apathy, depression, idleness). This is a lack of hard work, or its absence at all; lazy people do not benefit society. But at the same time, laziness is necessary for the body to maintain strength for further activities. vice: gluttony, gluttony. This is the love of tasty food consumed in large quantities. One type of gluttony is alcohol consumption. Excessive food consumption is harmful to food lovers. vice: anger(it also includes rage, desire for revenge, anger). This is a negative emotion aimed at a feeling of injustice, while a person feels a desire to get rid of this injustice. vice: greed(greed, stinginess). The desire to get as much material wealth as possible, while the person lacks a sense of proportion. vice: envy(jealousy). This is a person’s desire to have the same thing as someone more successful, while the person is ready to go to great lengths. vice: pride(pride, arrogance). Selfishness, excessive pride, arrogance. A person who has this quality boasts of himself in front of the people around him, believes that for everyone there is only one correct point of view - his. vice: lust

First, let's look at what vice is. This is a moral flaw, the opposite of good. Also, a vice is a violation of the norm. Unfortunately, there are no ideal people; every person is a sinner. Therefore, to start living correctly, you need to know what you need to fight.

From greed to laziness

There are seven generally accepted sins of man - laziness, gluttony, pride, lust, greed, malice and envy. The list of human vices can be expanded endlessly; these seven stand out especially for the reason that other sins flow from them.

These seven main human vices, discussed in the article, haunt every person throughout his life. We must also remember that sins differ in meaning. For some, a person is to blame before himself and his faith, for others - before people.

There is such a point of view that pride is the most terrible of all sins, and this is due to the fact that a person challenges the Almighty.

  1. vice: laziness(apathy, depression, idleness). This is a lack of hard work, or its absence at all; lazy people do not benefit society. But at the same time, laziness is necessary for the body to maintain strength for further activities.
  2. vice: gluttony, gluttony. This is the love of tasty food consumed in large quantities. One type of gluttony is alcohol consumption. Excessive food consumption is harmful to food lovers.
  3. vice: anger(it also includes rage, desire for revenge, anger). This is a negative emotion aimed at a feeling of injustice, while a person feels a desire to get rid of this injustice.
  4. vice: greed(greed, stinginess). The desire to get as much material wealth as possible, while the person lacks a sense of proportion.
  5. vice: envy(jealousy). This is a person’s desire to have the same thing as someone more successful, while the person is ready to go to great lengths.
  6. vice: pride(pride, arrogance). Selfishness, excessive pride, arrogance. A person who has this quality boasts of himself in front of the people around him, believes that for everyone there is only one correct point of view - his.
  7. vice: lust(debauchery, fornication, voluptuousness). This is raw sexual desire, this is forbidden passion, secret desires. It can also be absolutely any desires that can provide a person with certain inconvenience and torment.

Sociologists conducted an interesting survey and compiled a “hit parade” of these deadly sins. So, anger and pride became the leaders, while laziness and greed took the last place.

Every person is subject to passions... Some cannot live without gourmet food, some always want to gossip, and some are not averse to committing adultery. Find out in our article what kind of sin everyone has zodiac sign!

Human vices

  1. Aries
This zodiac sign is prone to ambition. Aries' impulses and aspirations for primacy are so great that they force them to compete everywhere and in everything. The stars advise them to slow down and try to enjoy what they already have.

  2. Taurus
Taurus people are prone to addiction to sensual pleasures. This zodiac sign loves to pamper themselves with gourmet food and expensive things. Aries should remember that real happiness can be obtained absolutely free of charge: by hugging a loved one, playing with a child or pet, or reading an exciting book.

  3. Twins
Geminis are characterized by hypocrisy. These are people who think one thing, say another, and do something else. In order to achieve their goals, they often sin with two-faced statements. This often leads to promotion up the career ladder.

  4. Cancer
Some representatives of the zodiac sign Cancer are guilty of adultery. Adultery is a serious sin! The stars advise Cancers not to commit rash actions that they will later regret.

  5. Lion
Pride is the worst enemy of all Leos. This zodiac sign needs to get rid of the bad habit of putting themselves above other people. After all, the more a person exalts himself, the more painfully he will fall. Some representatives of this sign are disdainful of communicating with people from another circle, fearing to become burdened. This is a big mistake, since spirituality is manifested in the openness of the heart to one's neighbor.

  6. Virgo
This zodiac sign is a fan of gossiping behind others' backs. The stars advise all Virgos to be careful with their statements, or better yet, to moderate their criticism towards people.

  7. Scales
Idleness is what this zodiac sign is guilty of. Excessive passion for parties and relaxation can negatively affect the quality of life of Libra. Representatives of the air sign should learn to know the limits of pleasure and try to bring into this life something more valuable than an ephemeral feeling of idleness.

  8. Scorpion
Unbridled passion or lust is characteristic of some representatives of this zodiac sign. The stars advise Scorpios to avoid temptations in order to get rid of this sin. Frequent noisy parties, feasts and alcohol abuse lead to spiritual exhaustion. Scorpios should focus their energy on studying, traveling or playing sports.

  9. Sagittarius
Idle talk is the sin of all Sagittarius. They love to pour from empty to empty, and also tell stupid jokes in a large company. You have to get rid of this bad habit, otherwise they simply won’t take you seriously.

  10. Capricorn
Greed for money - almost all Capricorns are guilty of this. For the sake of material wealth, they are able to work a lot and hard without a break for rest. Like Taurus, Capricorns should remember the joys of life that can be obtained for free: love, friendship, hugs, smiles.

  11. Aquarius
Disobedience is the main trait and vice of all Aquarians. Many are proud of this quality, denying authorities and other people's opinions. Often disobedience leads to the fact that a person becomes stupid, listening only to his own dogmas. Aquarians should share the opinions of other people if they do not want to remain outside of society.

  12. Fish
The sin of undiscovered talents is the main problem of Pisces on the path to a happy life. Many representatives of this zodiac sign spend their best years doing unloved work, instead of devoting time and a little effort to what they love. Pisces should listen to their inner voice and develop hidden talents, making this world more beautiful!

For as long as the world is worth, people in one way or another manifest their inherent personal qualities, both good and bad. Following church terminology, positive qualities can be called virtues, and negative ones - vices, but now the general concept of “moral qualities” is much more often used.

A person who is in the grip of vices often ruins not only his own life, but also the lives of other people. Do you need to fight your vices? Is it possible to deal with them? In searching for answers to these questions, someone manages to find other values in life and change its quality.

What are the vices?

In Christianity, there are several main vices (sins), which give impetus to the development and manifestation of many other vices. These are: pride, greed, lust, anger, gluttony (gluttony), envy, laziness and despondency. It is worth dwelling briefly on each of them.

Pride makes a person consider himself exceptional, preventing him from asking for advice and support from his neighbor or taking advantage of sincerely offered help. Undoubtedly, everyone must rely on their own strengths to overcome circumstances, but sometimes someone's help is simply necessary, and refusing it may be perceived by another person as a disregard for his good intentions. Proud people do not see their own shortcomings, mistakes, bad character traits - everything that can “equalize” them with others.

Greed is disgusting. Those who have this vice strive for profit by any means, regardless of the legitimate interests of others, not ashamed to deceive an old man or child, without thinking about the families of those whom they ruin. One cannot expect from them to show kindness, generosity, selflessness, and it is also useless to appeal to conscience or pity. Wealth does not bring them happiness, because its accumulation does not change life for the better: something is always missing, they want to hit a new jackpot, and all thoughts are subordinated to this goal. But who did the big money help, what good deeds did it go towards? There will be no answer.

A lustful person is incapable of fidelity. He does not care about family values and the feelings of the partner he is cheating on. Following the lead of vice, a person makes considerable efforts to satisfy his needs, showing miracles of resourcefulness. It is vice that guides many of his actions; he truly lives (in his understanding) only in the process of conquering or subjugating a new object of lust. But time passes, and new impressions are again required. In relation to marital relationships, concepts such as love, respect, honesty are not fundamental for a lustful person, but he does not see anything wrong with betrayal, cunning and shameless lies.

Anger clouds the mind. When people give in to anger, they lose control of themselves and the ability to think logically. This vice destroys relationships with other people, because its manifestations humiliate and repel others. Distorted facial features, an elevated tone of conversation that turns into a “blasphemy” or scandal, groundless accusations, a desire to destroy surrounding objects, an uncontrollable desire to do something in revenge on the offender - these are just a few external signs of anger. Decisions made in this state are not always adequate to the situation and can do more harm than help solve the problem.

Those who are familiar with excess in food and the feeling of satiety can tell about gluttony. Often people tell themselves that they need to eat right, stay in shape and be active, but weeks pass each other, and nothing changes in life. Extra pounds accumulate, appearance and well-being deteriorate, causing negative emotions to appear, and then apathy sets in due to lack of vitality. And where does it come from if the body is busy digesting abundant food all day long, and many thoughts are connected only with the topic of nutrition. In such a state, a person is unlikely to be eager to help his neighbor or to strive for a goal, the achievement of which requires personal effort, for example, building a worthy career or self-improvement.

Envy prevents you from enjoying life. An envious person makes a lot of efforts to have more than he already has, but only in order to surpass his neighbor or colleague. This vice pushes people to meanness: gossip, slander, set up, destroy a marriage - these are the means used to “fight” the objects of envy. Those who do not have the opportunity to implement these measures torment themselves with envy, poisoning their souls with impotent malice, instead of building their own happiness.

Laziness is not at all harmless. Anyone who is lazy will find many reasons that prevent him from doing this or that, but most of them are excuses. Busyness, fatigue, opposition from other people, transport breakdown, lack of information, force majeure - there are so many excuses for inaction for a lazy person who doesn’t want to work or fulfill someone’s request. At the same time, he often himself believes that circumstances are to blame for everything, not wanting to think about the presence of a vice that prevents him from working, caring for someone, striving for something and achieving something.

Dejection is dangerous because a person stops seeing the good around him and believing in himself, which deprives him of the joy of life and hope for the best. Discouraging thoughts leave no room for optimism and slow down progress. Dejection on the face and in the eyes causes pity in interlocutors or, conversely, irritation and reluctance to communicate, because it is difficult to expect anything other than complaints from a person with such a mood. Anyone who does not fight despondency and allows it to become a habitual state of mind is not far from depression, which is even more difficult to cope with on your own.

Is it worth fighting against vices?

It is a mistake to think that vices are character traits and nothing can be done about it. It is important to remember that the main vices are accompanied by other vices - violence, cruelty, greed, wastefulness, irresponsibility, drunkenness, lies, indifference, meanness, etc. There is little that stops vicious people from pursuing their goals by any means, even criminal ones.

By realizing that he has negative moral qualities and making efforts to eradicate or diminish their manifestations, a person can become much happier and achieve a lot in life without, as they say, walking over other people’s heads.

It is difficult to independently understand the underlying reasons for your position in life; you must carefully search for sources of additional knowledge, which can be, for example, spiritual and classical literature, books by professional psychologists intended for a wide audience of readers, consultations with specialists. When learning new things about human nature, one must try to be objective towards oneself in order to understand emotions and their causes, and to sensibly assess one’s abilities and capabilities. Constant work aimed at developing and improving oneself brings, over time, excellent results, and does not allow you to mark time in search of those to blame for your own failures.

The main problems of humanity are by no means global problems of economics, ecology or other sciences. In my opinion, all global problems have their root in the problems of every person living on earth (or rather, in the vices of people). These vices prevent us from living well and enjoying life; moreover, they distract us from what, as a result of which we get lost in the little things and forget about the main thing.

Of course, having delved into ourselves, each of us will find many different vices and flaws, for everyone they will be a little different, but in essence, they come down to three main vices common to all humanity.

First vice: thirst for pleasure.

Here you need to immediately share the person’s desire to be happy, rejoice, etc. and pleasure seeking. A person’s happiness ultimately comes down to participation in the lives of others, i.e. in friendship and And pleasure is the conscious stimulation of the receptors of your body to obtain pleasant sensations (releases of all kinds of hormones). We strive to enjoy the consumption of various goods, unusual foods, sex, alcohol, etc.

Is it possible to say that everything that is pleasant to us is a vice, and a person should not do anything pleasant for himself? Not at all. It’s just important to remember why you’re doing it, and what’s left in the end.

For example, if you order pizza with friends, what is more important, that you are eating pizza with friends or are friends a reason to order pizza?

The aftertaste of a good deed is joy because it happened. And after satisfying the thirst for pleasure, there is calm (the thirst has gone away), sometimes regret, and soon the return of thirst with even greater force. And if we realize that our actions are determined not by the desire for happiness, but by the thirst for pleasure, this is an alarming signal that we have a problem and it’s time to change something in life.

Actually, this thirst is the reason for the emergence of a global problem for humanity associated with the consumption of enormous resources for its own satisfaction (and this leads to problems of ecology, economics, etc.)

The second vice is the thirst for wealth.

This is the desire to earn money for the sake of money (strongly assuring ourselves that this is not for the sake of money, but the means we really need), the desire to possess a bunch of things we don’t need. The manifestation of this second main vice of humanity depends on the capabilities of a person. Some change cars one after another, others change cell phones. Those who are poorer buy all sorts of small things, pseudo-branded clothing, and so on.

And again, when buying any item, you only need to reflect on the purpose for which we are doing this in order to understand why we want to purchase it: because we really need this item functionally, or just so that it is. Why do we need three wall clocks in a room? Why do we have a PDA and a bunch of completely working cell phones in our desk drawer? Why buy super speakers if you still have no hearing?

We spend a huge amount of money, time and effort on purchasing these unnecessary trinkets, while our life is short and we need to have time to do the most important thing in life.

Third vice: thirst for power

The desire to be the coolest, to command, to dominate, to manage and manipulate others. The vice of wealth is partly a consequence of the thirst for power - through wealth we try to somehow elevate ourselves above those who are poorer than us. We all know the expression “power is like a drug”; we can immediately recall stories about petty officials who imagine themselves to be cool and important, school bullies and the like. But in each of us there is this thirst for power, the desire to be better than others, more important and more authoritative.

I don’t know whether it is necessary to say that power is, first of all, a responsibility (and a headache), and those who do not chase ranks, but simply do their job, have real authority and respect.

In any of the main problems of humanity, be it wars, crises, poverty, hunger, depletion of resources, you will find traces of these three main human vices. It is impossible to eradicate these vices on a global scale, and therefore our world will never be happy. But you can begin to get rid of these vices in yourself, and then your specific life and the lives of the people around you can become much happier.

When traveling to different countries, you involuntarily have to compare. Lifestyle, preferences, life priorities and cultural characteristics.

After a recent trip to India, the first thing that catches your eye after returning to your native country is the incredible availability of everything that provokes people to vices. In Russia, is it not paradoxical that there is incredible accessibility and widespread propaganda of vices, passions and the indulgence of base desires.

Temptations and vices at every step

In comparison with India, in Russia we have incredibly affordable alcohol, cigarettes, a complete absence of any censorship in the media, the vulgarization of everything and everyone.

Against the backdrop of all this, people have an incredible craving for knowledge of everything esoteric, mystical and magical. There are a large number of centers for self-development and spiritual growth. A huge number of centers, schools and simply individual specialists in various energy technologies, practices, and techniques. All this for every color and taste.

But as the famous fable says: “And the cart is still there.”

Many men and women come to us. Each with their own destiny and history. And these people have one interesting feature in common. For their failures or problems in life, someone is always most to blame, but not them.

The situation at work or in business gets worse. It is impossible to build harmonious relationships. It is impossible to be a harmonious and balanced person. And in all this, someone is always to blame.

With all this, more than half of people practice various energy practices and are well-known experts in the field of all kinds of magical and esoteric practices. And even with all this baggage of knowledge, experience and practices, they cannot help themselves, much less the clients with whom they work.

At such moments, the popular expression comes to mind: “The devil is in the details”. And this is true.

All our enemies, visible or invisible, obvious or imaginary, are already present in us and we should first of all start working on restoring our energy, health, relationships, and material things with ourselves.

And our most hidden enemy, no matter how banal it may sound, is vices, passions and various base desires and emotions.

HUMAN VICES

Human vices are everywhere. Adam and Eve could not resist the sweetness of the “forbidden fruit.”

As an example, let’s look at human vices, the relationship between vices and the impact they have.

Rating of human vices, passions, base desires and emotions that have a significant impact on energetic, physical, emotional and mental states.

TOP 10 human vices that reduce energy levels:

  1. Fear for life, children and family. In the presence of such fears, energy is incredibly quickly and severely destroyed, in addition to this, severe illnesses arise.
  2. Idealization of lifestyle. The result of this defect is a lack of vitality, frequent illnesses from simple acute respiratory viral infections, acute respiratory infections, to more serious ones. Problems with memory and logical thinking appear.
  3. Idealization of money and material goods. Very low energy, chronic diseases, most often associated with the digestive system, excess weight, lack of consistency. Such a person is guided only by thirsts and desires. Only external stimuli can move such a person from his place.
  4. Gluttony or simply gluttony. Indulgence in base desires, compensation for problems with vitality, lack of will and desire for spiritual development occurs through excessive consumption of everything that can be eaten.
  5. Sexomania or fornication, including even virtual flirting. There is a decrease in energy to a critically low level. People prone to fornication are energy vampires, unable to restore their energy on their own. Problems with health, with money. The level of responsibility is reduced.
