About nutrition:

I used to eat three times a day, and every time after eating I couldn't move. I was too full and tired. Now I eat all the time, but I control my portions. It is important for me that I eat more food, but each meal is very moderate. Lissa, my coach, taught me this. I try to keep the amount of fat in my portion the size of a finger, the amount of protein the size of a palm, and the rest is vegetables, in almost unlimited quantities. It's a shame they didn't explain this to me at school.


On how she forces herself to exercise regularly:

Everyone must decide for themselves whether they want to look and feel appropriate or not. If yes, then you need to put effort into it. I see changes happening to my body, so I try to find time for training even on set. Although I try to just wake up an hour earlier. Even if I'm completely exhausted after a 12-hour day and don't want to work out at all. I do this because I know perfectly well how good I will feel afterwards. I start working out first thing after waking up because I have no reason to feel sorry for myself. In the evening I may blame it on fatigue; for example, by 6 pm I may have no energy at all. I did everything I could! I can’t and don’t want anything more! So I just train in the morning.
