Since 2011, the procedure for registering a child in kindergarten has been simplified for Muscovites - an electronic queue service has been launched in the capital. You can join the virtual queue on the Moscow government services portal. Those who do not have access to the Internet can still sign up “live” - through the district information support service (OSIP).

When is the best time to get on the waiting list for kindergarten?

It makes no difference when to enroll in kindergarten. But in some areas there may be small preschool educational institutions and a large number of preschool children, so it is recommended to register the child from the moment of birth, as soon as you receive the necessary documents.

Parents registered and permanently residing in Moscow can use the electronic queue.

If the family moved before the child was enrolled in kindergarten, they can change the preschool educational institution’s application, but the placement date will not change.

Advantages of electronic registration in kindergarten

  • time saving
  • you can't falsify a queue
  • you can track your progress

Disadvantages of electronic recording

  • Changes cannot be made online, you need to contact information centers
  • Electronically you can only stand in line. The package of documents still needs to be provided to the district information support service

How to sign up

You can get on the waiting list through the capital's public services portal, the Moscow Department of Education and multifunctional centers. You need to register on one of the sites, confirm your registration via email, and then write an application.

The application must contain the following information:

  • applicant's passport details
  • metric identification data (number and series)
  • date of birth
  • year of desirable admission to kindergarten
  • address and place of permanent registration;
  • contact details
  • the advantage of developing a baby using a certain method
  • information about available benefits.

Next electronic system will offer to choose one main kindergarten and two additional ones. If the application is completed correctly, you will receive an email notification about the applicant's individual code and the status of the application.

After assigning a queue number, one of the parents must, within thirty days, submit to OSIP or MFC documents indicating the identity of the child and the applicant parent, and the available benefits.

Main and additional list of admission to kindergarten

If the kindergarten that was chosen as the main one is located near the child’s place of residence, the applicant is included in the “main list” of this institution. A preschooler will get a place faster.

If the kindergarten and place of residence are located far from each other, the applicant’s turn will be on the “additional list”, and the child will be enrolled after the children from the “main list” have been registered.

Check the queue for kindergarten

You can check the progress of the queue yourself via electronic portal. Information will be provided after entering the following data: the child’s full name, date of birth, birth certificate number (without series).

The applicant's status can also be checked by entering the individual code assigned upon placement in the queue.

  • orphans
  • from large families
  • whose parents were injured in the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant
  • raised by a single mother
  • disabled people or being raised by disabled parents
  • whose parents are military, police, civil servants, prosecutors or investigators
  • whose brothers and sisters go to priority kindergarten.

Children 3-7 years old are sent to kindergartens from March 1 to June 1. If the applicant fails to appear at the proposed kindergarten within a month, the application will be canceled and the child will be removed from the list. You will have to submit a new application.

Problems with enrollment in kindergarten in Moscow

When tracking the progress of a queue, you may notice a reverse progression. For example, from 165th place the applicant moved to 179th. This is not falsification or “additions”, it’s just that sometimes two preschool institutions are combined into one. Accordingly, the queues are also combined. But this will not make the process slower, since the number of places is increasing.

Electronic payment for kindergarten in Moscow

In September 2017, a new payment service was launched on the official website of the Moscow Mayor, with which, in particular, you can pay for kindergarten services.

To search for bills for kindergarten, clubs and sections in the portal’s personal account, you need to indicate SNILS, the birth certificate of each child, and the parent’s passport details. On the main page of the “My Payments” service, information about debts and setting up auto-payment will appear.

There you can also find a receipt for payment for services; paid receipts are stored on the “My Payments / Payment History” page.

Usually a child is accepted into kindergarten with three years. However, this does not mean that it is necessary to get in line when the baby enters preschool age. The number of places in preschool educational institutions is always limited: as many children will be released in May, the same number will be admitted in September.

Children are accepted in order of priority: whoever was registered first will take a place. An exception is provided to beneficiaries: parents on military service or single mothers, families with several children, especially if a brother or sister already attends this kindergarten.

To get your coveted seat, you need to line up early. Best of all - immediately after receiving.

Currently, parents can put their child on the waiting list for kindergarten three main ways:

  • using the MFC (multifunctional center);
  • by contacting the district Department of Education;
  • via the Internet (using the state portal Gosuslugi.ru).

If we are talking about the traditional option, which involves contacting the local Department of Education, then the order of registration has not changed for many years and consists of several steps:

  1. Contact the district at the place of registration (usually the Office’s specialists indicate reception hours on this issue).
  2. Writing an application for placement in a queue according to the sample provided by the employees.
  3. Submitting an application and providing all necessary documents.
  4. Receiving a permit indicating that the child was recorded in a special registration register.

It should be remembered that the issued voucher must be kept by parents until the time their child is enrolled in a particular kindergarten.

If we are talking about placing in a kindergarten queue through a multifunctional center, then the order of steps in in this case exactly the same as when contacting the Education Department.

It remains to consider what an electronic queue is and how to enroll a child in preschool using the Unified Government Services Portal. In general, the procedure is quite simple, but has a number of features.

How to get on the waiting list for kindergarten through State Services?

So, if you do not have time to visit the Education Department or a multifunctional center, you can register for kindergarten through the Gosuslugi.ru portal.

This procedure is quite simple and includes several sequential steps:

  1. Log in to your personal account on this site, but you must use your existing login and password.
  2. Go to the “Enroll in kindergarten” section (you can select from the service catalog or enter the words “kindergarten” in the search window).
  3. Provide all required information.
  4. Send a request for its processing and register it.

But these actions are suitable for those who already have a personal account. Otherwise, you must first register on the State Services portal. The procedure includes the following steps:

  • click on the link that will take you to the account registration page;
  • provide all required information;
  • confirm your email;
  • wait for verification;
  • log in to your account.

You can register on the portal in a few minutes, but checking and confirming the data you provided will take some time. Typically, notification of completed registration is sent to your email address within 7-14 days.

How to get on the electronic queue at the desired kindergarten? To do this, you need to perform a series of sequential actions. Let's take a closer look at each step:

1. Go to your personal account on the Gosuslugi.ru website and select the section that allows you to queue.

2. Indicate personal information: yours or your spouse’s. Moreover, you should understand exactly what information needs to be entered. Yes, from you you will need to indicate:

  • last name, first name and patronymic (cannot be abbreviated);
  • date of birth;
  • passport details;
  • telephone number;
  • degree of relationship with the child.

3. Point data of the child himself, including:

  • last name, first name and patronymic (again, cannot be abbreviated);
  • date of birth;
  • birth certificate data (you must first obtain it);
  • gender of the child.

4. Fill out the registration information, and you need to indicate the location where the child himself is registered.

5. Indicate your preferred preschool. An interactive map service will help you choose the kindergarten you want to send your child to. You can queue up at several educational institutions at once.

6. The final stage is to indicate the specific year when you are going to send your child to kindergarten. You should also be sure to indicate what benefits you have to speed up your application.

Thus, parents submit an application to register their child. However, the procedure does not end there; you still need to upload all the necessary documents to the portal.

To register your child without any problems, you need to attach scanned papers (JPEG format) to the electronic application.

Listing includes copies the following documents:

  • ID cards of the parent (guardian or adoptive parent);
  • baby's birth certificate;
  • paper confirming the fact that the registered child actually lives at the specified address;
  • papers confirming the availability of benefits (if, of course, they exist);
  • expert opinions if the child needs to attend correctional and compensatory groups.

As soon as all the documentation has been uploaded to the Internet resource, you need to review all the entered data again and correct blots and errors. You should also register with several kindergartens at once, just in case.

Every year, the registration and registration procedure is simplified, so it is quite possible that parents will have to upload fewer papers. It is best to learn about all the intricacies of the process directly on the State Services website.

Queue tracking

As soon as the request is sent and the child is registered, parents will be able to monitor the progress of the electronic queue. This service allows you to track your approach to the treasured place almost online.

How to find out the queue for kindergarten? It's enough to do everything a few basic steps:

  1. Log in to your personal account on the resource.
  2. Then click on the link and go to the section where the child’s registration for preschool is posted.
  3. And only then click on the “Check Application” button.

The system will provide current information indicating the status of the application: what place the child is on the waiting list, how many children are ahead of them, whether they have benefits and privileges.

Check the queue on the portal approximately once every six months. As soon as the children are “sorted” by the admissions committee at the end of May, you can call the local Department of Education and find out more accurate information. Explanations from experts will never be superfluous.

The opportunity for parents to queue up for kindergarten via the Internet is a unique alternative to the usual procedure, which involves contacting the district. The system has existed for several years and is constantly being improved, so we can already conclude that there are pros and cons.

The advantages include the following features:

  • the opportunity not to stand in endless queues at the Education Department;
  • sending several applications to various kindergartens at once via the Internet;
  • the minimum number of required papers to complete an application;
  • high level of personal data protection;
  • the ability to simultaneously use other services of the portal (checking fines and pension accruals, etc.);
  • minimal influence of bureaucratic subtleties;
  • online queue tracking.

It should also be understood that this registration option has some disadvantages. The disadvantages include:

  • the likelihood of technical failures in the operation of the site (quite often it is under maintenance);
  • the opportunity to go lower if beneficiaries get in line, of which, by the way, there are quite a lot;
  • lengthy data verification when registering on the portal and sending an application to be placed in a queue (usually this happens when the application form is filled out by mistake);
  • sometimes encountered problems - for example, the inability to find in the list of kindergartens the preschool institution you want to enroll in (experienced parents in this case advise limiting your address only to the city).

Thus, this method of enrolling a child in kindergarten has both advantages and disadvantages. However, despite the latter, the popularity of this accounting option is only growing every year.

It seems that it has become clear how to put a child on a waiting list for preschool. And in order to minimize the likelihood of errors and various failures, you need to adhere to certain recommendations. Website developers and experienced parents advise:

  • use only the latest versions of browser programs;
  • indicate the letter “е” in the data on the portal, if it is present in the initials;
  • Before sending a request, carefully check all entered data so that the system cannot reject it;
    • check whether the previous application was deleted if you previously refused to enroll your child in kindergarten using the portal;
  • if the system fails, log in a little later and try again (in some cases it is better to specify a new email and phone number).

Information that allows you to find out how to register for kindergarten via the Internet and specifically through the government services portal will be useful to those parents who are “friends” with modern technologies and want to spend a minimum of effort and time on this procedure.

Just remember to get in line (by any means) as early as possible to avoid hassle and ensure you get your desired seat within the required time frame.

Just a few years ago, those concerned about entering preschool parents We didn’t even think that you could enroll your child in a preschool from home - via the Internet, using an electronic queue.

In 2016, a similar system was introduced and is successfully functioning in all regions and republics of the country. In addition, no one has canceled the more traditional way of staging, when mommy comes to the education department.

All you have to do is decide how to get on the waiting list for kindergarten with maximum convenience for yourself, and find out the order of steps.

There is a high risk that all kindergarten places will already be occupied.

That is why queuing should begin a year or two before planned visits to the kindergarten. Experienced mothers advise registering not just small children, but newborns.

  • statement from parents;
  • documents confirming the identity of the mother and father (it is better to make additional photocopies of passports);
  • (a photocopy will also be required), as well as documents for other children;
  • child's health insurance policy;
  • certificate of the child’s place of registration;
  • document on possible benefits.

Parents can write applications for a ticket to a preschool institution at the local education department (a sample application is also provided there).

Every year at a certain time, the Administration creates a special commission that accepts and considers applications from mommies and daddies.

Specialists will consider possible benefits and suggest institutions where the child can enroll. A ticket with a seat number is also issued; it should be kept until you receive your ticket.

Speeding up this process and saving time and nerves for mothers and fathers will allow relatively new way queuing up for a place in kindergarten - registration via the Internet.

  • electronically fill out and submit an application for admission to a preschool institution or transfer to other kindergartens;
  • track your electronic application online;
  • receive notifications via SMS or email;

  • find out the specific date for the toddler’s enrollment in preschool.

To date, there is an electronic queue in every region and major city of the country (Moscow, Irkutsk, Yekaterinburg, etc.). In 2016, such a public service operates according to the established scheme, although some failures cannot be avoided.

First of all, it is important for parents to know the website where the registration is carried out in a single queue. This can be either a separate portal or a municipal services website. Then you should clarify which preschool institution you want to enroll your child in. Now all you have to do is go to the website and fill out an application.

However, this is not so simple, since you need to imagine how to put your child on the waiting list for kindergarten via the Internet. Let's show it using the example of a single portal of public services.

Stage No. 1. Registration

To enroll your child in kindergarten through an electronic queue in 2016, first of all, you need to register on the Public Services Portal and gain access to your personal account. Authorization takes place in several stages:

  1. In the registration fields, enter your personal data (first and last name), cell phone number, to which a confirmation code will be sent.

Many parents, faced with enrolling their toddler in kindergarten via the Internet, note several main advantages of this method:

  • saving time and general accessibility (filling out the application at any time convenient for you);
  • “incorruptibility” of the queue (you can be sure that the “thieves” will not get past you);
  • permission to make changes to the application, without standing in endless queues;
  • submitting applications to several preschool institutions at once in order to then choose the best kindergarten.

The electronic queue also has certain disadvantages:

  • test mode of operation in some areas of the country, so failures and errors are possible;
  • the need to scan and provide documents;
  • there is a possibility of an error in filling out, as a result of which the profile may not be approved.

If you have not yet decided how to get on the waiting list for kindergarten, then decide as early as possible. It is not so important whether it is a personal visit to the Department of Education or an application via the Internet - the main thing is when you want to enroll your child in kindergarten.

It is best to start collecting documents from the moment the baby is born in order to go to the group at a fixed time.

Citizens are not received every day. Registration is usually made on certain days. Thus, by this day you will need to arrive with a full package of documents. 1. Applicant details (full name, date of birth, passport number).
  2. Child details (full name, birth certificate number, date of birth).
  3. The number of the kindergarten where you want to send your child.

Important! If the eldest child goes to a particular kindergarten, then there is a high degree of the second child receiving a ticket to it. However, the law allows the exchange of vouchers. Submitting an application through the MFC is quite simple. The peculiarities of applying in this way are that you do not need to personally contact the education department in the local administration. If this department receives citizens at certain hours, then the MFC is open every day. Therefore, there is no need to take time off from work to submit a complete package of documents to put your child on the waiting list for kindergarten.

When you provide the documents, they will be delivered to the education department by MFC courier within 2-3 days. After they are completed and placed on the queue, the corresponding form is delivered to the MFC. You will need to receive it at the exact branch of the center where you submitted the documents.

Thus, the process is longer, but convenient for many citizens. You can apply to the children's school through the MFC

Important! Registration for kindergarten is free of charge. There is no need to pay any duties.

What benefits are there for the waiting list?

The law defines several categories of beneficiaries on the waiting list for kindergarten. If you fall into one of these categories, you must attach the relevant document at the time of application. 2. Through the State Services portal. To do this, just select the category informing about the progress of the service for accepting applications, registering and enrolling children in educational institutions, implementing the main educational program preschool education and enter information about your child. After this, you will see exactly which ones you are in the queue for a place in a preschool educational institution.
Checking the queue for kindergarten through State Services

Quite often, Russians move not within one district, but to other districts and cities. In this case, you need to understand what to do with the queue for admission to kindergarten, where to call and what documents to provide, what to do with the queue in another area or city.

What to do when moving

If the move is carried out within one city, but to another area, then it is enough to re-register the queue. This can be done in the education department, which is located in the district administration. It is also possible to do this remotely through the State Services portal.

Important! In some regions, when changing cities, it is impossible to re-register due to the fact that this possibility is not spelled out in the city mayor’s resolution approving the rules for admitting children to municipal preschool institutions. In this case, you need to personally contact the education department to register in the new locality.

Procedure for registering a child in kindergarten

Thus, if you are going to change your place of residence, then it is worth clarifying in advance exactly how you can re-register the queue and whether you will lose your place. If yes, then it’s worth checking in advance how long the queue is for kindergartens in the city where you plan to live.

When can they refuse to put you on the waiting list?

There are several reasons for refusal to enroll in a municipal kindergarten. Here are the main ones:

  1. Providing an incomplete package of documents.
  2. Revealing that information about the child is unreliable.
  3. Inability to read information on submitted documents due to various defects.
  4. Provision of documents by a person who does not have the right to perform this action.
  5. Contact a body that does not deal with this issue.

If you fully comply with all the requirements and contact the appropriate authority, then your child is guaranteed to be put on the waiting list for kindergarten.

How to get a ticket

The media announces the place and time of issue of vouchers in advance. You can also call the education department for this information. After this, you will need to take your passport, birth certificate and the memo that you were given during your queue and come to the place where the vouchers are issued.

Having received it in your hands, you must take it to the head of the kindergarten. This specialist will perform the necessary actions to place the child in a specific group. It is recommended to call the preschool institution in advance to understand what will have to be provided with the voucher. Application for admission of a child to kindergarten

It is worth noting that children who will not be 3 years old on September 1 cannot get a place in kindergarten. However, there are exceptions: if, after the distribution of vouchers to those who must receive them without fail, there are still referrals to kindergartens, then these children can also receive a distribution.

Thus, in order for a child to go to a preschool institution, it is necessary to submit documents and periodically check the status of the queue. Sometimes a specific child is not visible on the State Services portal. If such a problem is identified, it is worth contacting a specialist from the education department at the district administration to find out whether your child is really in the queue or for some reason he fell out of the database.
